Q: How long is shipping time?

A: Current processing time (i.e. turnarounds) is 1-3 business days on all orders. This does not include how long it will take the USPS to deliver your items, though estimated delivery day is available for those who purchase tracking with their orders.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

A: I will gladly accept all returns on items not as described as well as ill-fitting T-Shirts, so long as they are in unused condition. Due to the nature of of fabric patches, I will not accept returns on damaged items, and avoid refunds/returns 14 days after delivery.

Please keep in mind I will not refund you if you damage items while opening packages with scissors. I will ask for photos of the original package along with these claims to verify.

For items lost by the USPS, orders will only be refunded if they included tracking, and require a declaration from you. Orders that choose the cheaper, No Tracking option, will not be refunded in the event of loss so think carefully before choosing that option.

Q: IS THIS THE SAME FOXALIVE DISTRO FROM ETSY? WHY DID/ARE YOU LEAVING?

A: Yes, this is I. And to make a TL;DR, despite loving the hell out of Etsy for giving me my start, I am leaving due to a changing interface and lack of seller support, recently changing fees to automatically be deducted from sales (not very good for doing taxes!).

There is also the long time issue of item details and descriptions being somewhat hidden from customers as well as my personal issues with not being able to communicate shop announcements. An added blog function here will also be helpful with advertising new items, shop updates, giveaways, and make it clear that FoxAlive is run by one person, not a band, collective, or Amazon level warehouse.
